Meet The Judges

Mr. B P Pandey

With 44 years of experience in HR, IR, and legal, Mr. Pandey has successfully implemented numerous HR initiatives. He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Calcutta and has held leadership roles at Adhunik Metaliks, Electrosteel Ltd., and KR-BK Birla Group. Known for his strong negotiation skills and strategic mindset, he currently contributes to Electrosteel Ltd.

Mr. Ashok Kumar

Mr. Ashok Kumar served as CEO of Adhunik Metaliks and was previously associated with Bhilai Steel Plant, where he rose through the ranks from a management trainee to CEO. With a degree in Metallurgy from Punjab Engineering College, his expertise in the steel industry and his ability to lead large-scale operations have been instrumental in his success.

Admiral AK Verma

A retired Rear Admiral of the Indian Navy, Adm. Verma is an expert in marine engineering and aeronautics. After 34 years of service, he transformed Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd. into a world-class shipyard. His leadership has been pivotal in modernising infrastructure, vendor networks, and work culture in the shipbuilding sector.

Dr. Santanu Rath

With over three decades of HR experience, Dr. Rath specialises in industrial relations, CSR, and corporate communication. A PhD holder in PM & IR, he has served as Director-HR in major PSUs like OPTCL and GRIDCO. Recognised for his leadership excellence, he believes in empowering people and driving organisational transformation.

Mr. Soumyajit Mahapatra

An expert in corporate communication and digital media, Mr. Mahapatra has played a crucial role in telecom sector operations. A multi-award-winning PR professional, he has conceptualised major digital conferences and received accolades for journalism and public relations. He is also a motivational speaker and a passionate photographer.

Pankaj Dubey

Pankaj Dubey is a seasoned professional known for his expertise in leadership, business strategy, and market expansion. With years of experience in the automotive and consumer industry, he has successfully led organisations to significant growth. He has been associated with leading brands, driving innovation, and establishing strong market positioning. His ability to identify emerging trends and develop sustainable business models sets him apart as a visionary leader.

Zulfekar Siddiqui

Zulfekar Siddiqui is an accomplished HR leader with a strong background in organisational development, talent management, and strategic HR planning. He has played a key role in enhancing workplace culture and improving employee engagement across various industries. His expertise spans across workforce planning, change management, and leadership development. He is known for his ability to align HR strategies with business goals to drive long-term success.
